AI in Ts-Immo
Three ways to query your portfolio in everyday language, what they can do and what they never do.
Ts-Immo puts AI to work on your property portfolio in three places. All three share the same rule: the AI reads your listings, never changes them, and only sees the gateways you have access to.

Who has access
AI search and the assistant are part of the Search & navigation extension, to enable on a gateway (see “Subscription and invoices”). Until one of your gateways has it, the Ask my listings menu entry and the AI search field on “My properties” do not appear. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT is open to every account; what the assistant can read there depends on each gateway’s extensions.
What to expect
- Your data, not the web. The AI only works on the listings your software sent during the last synchronization. It does not make up listings or fetch them elsewhere.
- Read-only. Nothing is published, edited or deleted, and nobody is contacted on your behalf.
- A help, not the truth. Answers are AI-generated: check prices and features on the property page before passing them on to a client.
