Subscription, add-ons and invoices
Choose a plan, add a site, change plans, cancel, and find your receipts.
The subscription is attached to a gateway, not to your account. If you run two agencies with two different software packages, you have two gateways and therefore two subscriptions. For two websites fed by the same software, an add-on is enough.
Choosing a plan
Only two things set them apart: the number of properties allowed and the sync frequency. Current prices are the ones shown on the gateway creation screen.
| If… | Then |
|---|---|
| You have a small portfolio and your listings rarely change | The entry plan is enough: a property cap, one sync per day. |
| You take on listings regularly | Take an uncapped plan, with several syncs a day. |
| Your properties sell fast and you want a site that is always right | Hourly syncing is made for that. |
Add-ons
An add-on is an option grafted onto an existing subscription. The most common is Additional site: it adds a second destination website to a gateway — same source software, same portfolio, another shop window.
- Add-ons are added from the gateway card, Add-ons section.
- Their price follows the parent subscription period: an add-on on a yearly subscription is billed yearly.
- They are removed just as easily, from the same place.
Changing plans
From the subscription section of the gateway card. The change takes effect immediately: if you move up because you were hitting a property cap, the waiting properties get published at the next sync.
Cancelling
- 1
You click Cancel subscription.
The gateway moves to non-renewal: it keeps working normally until the end of the period you already paid for.
- 2
On the end date, syncs stop.
Properties already published stay on your site, but frozen: no more updates reach them.
- 3
Changed your mind before the end?
The Reactivate subscription button cancels the cancellation, with nothing lost.
Your invoices
The Invoices menu section lists all your payments, with a downloadable receipt. Each invoice matches one subscription period for one gateway.
